Refunds and Returns

Your right to cancel the order:
 
You have the right to cancel the order before Herbfun delivery, without any justification nor any penalty. You can cancel the order in My account. You can cancel the order anytime as long as your order status is "Pending", Once your order is shipped, please refer to "Refound and Returns".
 

Refunds and Returns:
 
Only Products purchased on the www.herbfun.eu website can be returned to Herbfun for refund or exchange. Products purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
  
In the event that you react to a product, you have the option of exchanging or refunding it.
 
Should a Product be damaged while it is being shipped to you by us, Herbfun will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be reimbursed in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent Products and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.
 
Before returning, please CLICK HERE to fill the returns form, our stuff will feedback within 2 working days about the returns address and other details. All Products must be returned to Herbfun in good condition and unopened. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the Products back to Herbfun.
 
In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt for Herbfun to process any refund or exchange. Please email to info@herbfun.eu in advance of your intention to return or exchange a Product, so that Herbfun staff can assist you with a smooth transaction.
 
Please kindly notice that Herbfun will deduct the shipping fee for the returns of all orders with “Free shipping” service, We charge shipping fee for Europe delivery £10, and North America delivery £15, East Asia (Japan and Korea £15, China £5)
 
Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Herbfun. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.
 
We will do our best to process returns within 10 business days of receipt and a reimbursement will be issued through the credit card used for payment.
